  Kapag buwan na ng Agosto, alam na—buwan na ng ating wika, ang wikang Filipino. Kung saan sa ating paaralan, buong buwan natin ito pinagdidiriwang sa pamamagitan ng iba't-ibang mga aktibidad para sa lahat ng mga mag-aaral. Isa sa mga gawain ay ang pangaraw-araw na katanungan patungkol sa ating bansa, wika at sa ating mga Pilipino sa pangunguna ng guro sa Filipino sa JHS na si Gng. Jacqueline Sampaga.   Isa rin sa mga naganap na aktibidad ay ang pagbibigay ng interpretasyon sa kantang Paglaum ni Sharon Magdayao o mas kilala ngayon na si Vina Morales na pinagwagian ng Grade 9-Prudence.   At ang pinaghahandaan ng lahat ay ang pagsusuot ng kasuotang Pilipino ng bawat mag-aaral na nangyayari sa pagtatapos ng buwan. It has always been a routine that when the month of July arrives, everyone will be busy with different activities prepared every year including the jingle-making contest based on the theme.
